We collect the information you choose to send us, for example, your name, email address, company and message when you submit our contact form or sign up for our newsletter. Calendar access records, when enabled, are linked to the email used to request access.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide the services you request, and, if you opt in, send occasional updates. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate (for example, email and hosting providers), and only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law.

We store your request and consent choices with Cloudflare. Resend delivers notifications to our team. We also use a protected network identifier to limit abuse; the intake does not save your raw IP address.
When email access is enabled, we use your email to deliver a personal seven-day link. We record first and latest access and calendar page views to improve the resource. Shared links and automated requests mean these records do not prove who read it. Marketing is optional and separate. Browser sessions last up to 24 hours.
